This beautiful property is about a quarter to one third coverd with very large, parked out trees. This is some of the finest land with trees that I've seen offered in my 19 years working in northern Idaho real estate and land.
I walked up into the field and here was this little forked buck grazing on alfalfa.
We took my photo next to this tree to put it into perspective. I'm about 5'10" and 195 pounds in this photo. There are many trees this size and larger here.
This shot below is from near the road close to the property line.
This photo is looking to the west down the entrance toward the county road. Yes, you'll own your own road. This is not just an easement.

The picture of the van in the square in the distance is at the far side of this 40 acre parcel. I was standing with my back against the fence on the south edge. That's approximately 1/4 mile.
